Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
(MBSR)

Why mindfulness?

Mindfulness helps us become more present in our lives. It invites curiosity about our patterns and behaviours, allowing us to respond with greater clarity and compassion — for ourselves and others. As awareness grows, we make more intentional choices and live in closer alignment with our values. When we live this way, much of the unnecessary stress that causes suffering begins to fall away.
