Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course dates
The June- July face to face MBSR course will be offered at Ribbonwood Centre, Dapto, NSW. There are nine sessions over an 8 week period which involves attendance to a two and a half hour class one day a week. In addition, there will be a full day retreat which is being held at Kum Ba Yah Retreat, Mt Kiera.

MBSR
MBSR is a practical, inspiring and transformative program that can improve self awareness, reduce stress reactivity, reprogram negative thought patterns and improve concentration. It can assist people who are stressed, anxious, depressed or in pain.
Course cost
The MBSR program includes a two and a half hour weekly class over eight weeks plus a full day retreat. The course fee is at the reduced rate of $580 or if you book before April 15 using code MYB10 you will receive a further 10% early bird discount.
