Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course dates 

The MBSR course includes nine sessions over an 8 week period and involves attendance at a two and a half hour class one day a week . In addition, there is a full day retreat. MBSR

MBSR is a practical, inspiring and transformative program that can improve self awareness, reduce stress reactivity, reprogram negative thought patterns and improve concentration. It can assist people who are stressed, anxious, depressed or in pain.

Course cost

The MBSR program includes a weekly two and a half hour class class for eight weeks plus a full day retreat. The course fee is at the reduced rate of $580. The first ten bookings will receive a 10% early bird discount.
