(MBSR)

Why mindfulness?

Mindfulness practice cultivates a greater capacity to be present in our lives. We become more curious about our patterns and behaviours and are able to act with more clarity and compassion towards ourselves and others. Through increased awareness we are able to make better decisions and live our lives more purposefully in alignment with our true values. When we live according to our values we take away a lot of the stressors that cause suffering.
