Service Description
MBSR is an evidence-based mindfulness program that introduces practical techniques, including meditation and yoga, to improve self awareness and increase well being. The program focused on methods that cultivate attention skills, regulate emotions and reduce rumination and worry. It can be beneficial for people experiencing anxiety, burnout, chronic pain, overwhelm or who just feel 'stuck'.
